Cold Call.ai ("we", "us") helps sales professionals practice cold calls with AI-powered prospects. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
  • Profile data: display name, timezone, and difficulty preferences you set.
  • Practice data: the sales pitch, service description, goals, and difficulty you provide for a simulation, plus the resulting transcript and AI-generated scores.
  • Billing data: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles all payment information directly.
  • Usage data: daily call counts and feature usage to enforce plan limits and improve the product.

3. How we use it

  • To run AI practice simulations and generate your scorecards and coaching.
  • To operate your account, including subscription billing, daily usage limits, and progress tracking.
  • To improve simulation quality and develop new features.
  • To send transactional emails like receipts, account notices, or replies to your support requests.

4. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, understand product usage, enforce plan limits, and improve the service. Users can control cookies through their browser settings, though some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

5. AI processing

Practice transcripts and the briefing you provide are sent to third-party AI providers to generate the prospect's responses and your scorecard. We do not use your practice data to train public AI models.

6. Voice features

Voice-based practice simulations are planned for future releases. If voice features become available, audio recordings and voice transcripts may be processed to provide conversation analysis, scoring, coaching feedback, and service improvements. Additional disclosures may be provided before voice features are activated.

7. Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to run the product (hosting, database, payments via Stripe, AI inference, and email delivery). We do not sell your personal information.

8. Data retention

Account, profile, and practice data are kept while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us; we'll remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or to resolve billing disputes.

9. Account deletion

If you delete your account or request account deletion, access to practice history, transcripts, scores, and subscription-related features may be permanently removed. Certain records may be retained as required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or billing purposes.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email support@riqueswebdesign.com to make a request.

11. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and database row-level security. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your data seriously.

12. Children

Cold Call.ai is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

13. Changes

We'll post any updates to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes may also be sent to your account email.
